1. Create a folder and put the data file in sdcard/ Android/obb
2. Install the GTA apk
3. Now launch the .Apk file first so that it will install the data.
4. after that just open and flex the game
Note: Do not launch the apk file without downloading the data otherwise it won't work. The data file is about 1.3 GB so you must have enough gigabytes before attempting to download it.
